Nearby the Andean Mountains there is the emerald color lagoon, located inside a volcano crater with a height of 3800m named Quilotoa. The drive passes through Zumbahua canyon and tons of indigenous towns & farmlands. We will have a visit to either Saquisilí (Thursdays), Zumbahua (Saturdays) or Pujilí (Sundays) indigenous market. This tour includes a native Quilotoa guide. Weather on Quilotoa is very unpredictable so we recommend being prepared with warm & waterproof clothing. Please be acclimatized around 3000m before taking this tour.

The most important thing in this place is that you will enjoy it. Therefore, just worry about living the experience on our daily excursion to Quilotoa, first of all, the drive passes through Zumbahua canyon and tons of indigenous towns & farmlands. Besides you will have a visit to either Saquisilí (Thursdays), Zumbahua (Saturdays) or Pujilí (Sundays) indigenous market (Quilotoa market).
The weather in Quilotoa is very unpredictable, so we recommend that you prepare with warm and waterproof clothing. Besides pleasing when you arrive in Quilotoa take some time to acclimatize. Due you will meet at a height of approximately 3000 m. Hence you will go down the mountain with direction to the Lagoon in your interior.
The most notable thing is that you will have some time to enjoy the lagoon and practice kayaking (not included). Also, listen to the directions provided by the guide. While we begin the way back to the top of the volcano.

Meeting point: Mariscal Foch and Juan León Mera. In front of the restaurant Magic Bean (6.50 am).
